Video tapes for children

Question: 10058

What is the shar’i ruling on video tapes on which there are (pictures of) animals, for teaching children?

Answer

Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah and his family.

There is nothing wrong with that, this will keep them from watching bad things.
