Money spent on cultivation is not deducted when calculating zakaah

Question: 48982

I have some date palm trees and I want to pay zakaah on them. Should I deduct expenses from the zakaah, such as transportation, wages for workers who gather the dates, wages for those who sell the dates etc?.
