Whoever adds or takes away a letter from the Qur’an deliberately has committed an act of kufr (disbelief)

Reading Quran together, giving good deeds to the dead, and al-Mawlid al-Nabawi (celebrating the birthday of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him))

The correct view is that reading the Quran with the rules of Tajwid is not obligatory. Tajwid is only a means of making one’s recitation more beautiful. If a person reads and pronounces the letters clearly with the vowels as marked, then this is sufficient.
