Can We Hold Second Congregational Prayer in the Mosque?

Several scenarios may apply to holding a second congregational prayer in the mosque, some of which are not allowed and some are permissible.

Should he pray behind someone who says that it is not obligatory for women to cover their hair?

Can You Pray Sunnah in Congregation?

There is nothing wrong in offering some Nafl (supererogatory) prayers in congregation, but this should not be a regular habit such that every regular Sunnah prayer is offered in congregation, because that is not prescribed.
