There are 8 categories of Zakah recipients: 1. The poor 2. The needy 3. Those employed to collect or administer 4. To attract the hearts of those who have been inclined towards Islam 5. The slaves 6. Those who are in debt 7. For Allah’s Cause 8. The wayfarers

If the seller knows or thinks it most likely that these clothes are going to be used in haram ways, i.e., the woman is going to wear them and adorn herself with them in front of non-mahram men, selling these clothes is haram.

1- Keeping dogs in Islam is not permissible except for hunting or guarding livestock and crops. 2- It is permissible to keep dogs for guarding houses so long as that is outside the city and that there is no other means of guarding the house. 3- The Muslim should not imitate others by running with the dog or touching its mouth and kissing it, which causes many diseases.

1- If the shareowner intends to trade in shares and make a profit, then zakah is due on the commercial shares, both on the price of the share and on its profit. 2- Zakah is due on profits from manufacturing companies if it reaches the nisab and one year has passed, but no zakah is due on shares in such companies except for the cash reserves of the company. 3- In the case of agricultural companies, zakah is due on the value of the shares in crops or produce, if they are of types on which zakah is due, subject to the condition that the amount of shares reaches the nisab, which is 300 saas. zakah is also due on the value of shares in the company’s cash reserves. 4- Zakah on shares in companies is one-quarter of one-tenth, i.e., 2.5%.

Brokerage (samsarah) refers to mediation between the seller and the buyer. A number of scholars have stated that it is permissible to work as a broker and to receive payment for it.

There is no specific Dhikr to be said in the two prostrations of forgetfulness (Sujud As-sahw). You can say what you say in the prostration in prayer such as (Subhan Rabbiy Al-a`la). Between the two prostrations, you can say ‘Rabbiy ighfir li’.

Sujud as-Sahw in prayer is prescribed for three reasons: 1- Doing something extra, 2- Omitting something, 3- Being uncertain. Sujud as-sawh should be done before the salam if you have omitted one of the obligatory parts or you are not sure how many rak`ahs you have done. Sujud as-sahw should be done after the salam if you have added something extra or you are not certain but one of the two choices seems more likely to be the case.

Standing in the row during the congregational prayer is obligatory. If a person comes and the row is full, he should pray with the congregation behind the row, and not go forward to stand beside the Imam or pull someone out to stand beside him, nor should he abandon the prayer in congregation.

If there is some defect in the nose and the purpose of the cosmetic surgery is to remove that defect, then there is nothing wrong with nose jobs (rhinoplasty). But if the purpose is simply to make it more beautiful, then it is not permissible to do this cosmetic nose surgery.
