The jurists agreed that it is best to wipe the entire head, but they differed as to whether doing so is obligatory or not. The Malikis and Hanbalis are of the view that it is obligatory to wipe the entire head. The Hanafis and Shafi`is are of the view that it is sufficient to wipe part of the head.

Authentic Hadiths from the Messenger indicate that it is prescribed to trim the moustache. Trimming means cutting it very short.

Commercial insurance is prohibited in Islam due to its involvement in ambiguity, gambling, and Riba, all of which are forbidden in the Quran and Sunnah. Moreover, it leads to the unlawful consumption of wealth, imposes non-Shar’i obligations, and can cause harm to individuals and society.

One cannot pray in impure clothes because of the general meaning of the texts which indicate that clothes should be pure when praying. They do not differentiate between dry impurity and wet impurity. Impurity cannot be removed from a garment except by washing it with purifying water. It is not sufficient merely to let the impurity dry out.
