If you wash your right foot then dry it, then you wash your left foot without taking as much time as it would ordinarily take for it to dry by itself, then your Wudu is valid.

If a person does Wudu and washes his hands, then rinses his mouth and nose, and washes his face, then he washes his arms from the wrists to the elbows, his Wudu is not valid according to most of the scholars.

Continuity in Wudu means one should not delay washing any part for so long that the part that was washed before it becomes dry, within an average timespan. So, simply opening the door and the like is not regarded as an interruption that would nullify doing the actions consecutively. But if one is distracted by something else that leads to a lengthy interruption during Wudu, then in this case he should start his Wudu anew.

The pillars of wudu are: washing the face, washing the arms up to the elbows, wiping the head, washing the feet up to the ankles, washing these parts in order, doing these actions consecutively.

It is obligatory to remove anything that may prevent water from reaching the skin, but one is forgiven for a very small amount such as dirt under the fingernails or in cracks in the feet, after trying hard to remove it.

The substances that prevent water from reaching the skin are substances that have “mass” and are usually waterproof, so they do not dissolve and are not removed by putting water on them.

Removing pubic hair and armpit hair helps one to attain a perfect level of cleanliness and prevents what could emanate from them of bad smells if the hair was left without removing it.

1. Taking the Mus-haf into bathrooms and other unclean places is forbidden because that is disrespectful towards the Words of Allah. If one fears that the Mus-haf may be stolen, then they can take it into the bathroom. 2. It is permissible to take tapes of the Quran into the bathroom.

Muslim bathroom etiquette includes: not facing the qiblah, not touching the penis with the right hand, not removing impurity with the right hand, answering the call of nature sitting, concealing oneself from the sight of others, reciting dhikr when entering or leaving the toilet, and not urinating into stagnant water.

If someone causes water, oil or anything else to enter the urethra then it comes out, it is impure and invalidates Wudu. This applies if the water reaches the inside, in the sense that when it comes out it is regarded as coming out from the passage. But if it only reaches the opening of the penis, which is regarded as pure, and it does not go any deeper, then it has no impact.
