If the woman who gets some impurity on the hem of her garment then walks over ground or asphalt or a street or a pavement that removes the essence of that impurity, so that no trace of it is left, then her garment is purified by that, and she does not have to use water in order to remove that impurity.

1. If pure water is mixed with some pure substance, and its colour, taste and smell does not change, then it remains pure, because it is still called water. 2. If pure water is mixed with a pure substance, so that it is no longer called water, it is not valid to do Wudu or Ghusl with this [altered] water. 3. If ordinary water is changed with the addition of any pure substance, but it is still called water – such as water that is mixed with soap and its colour changes, or hummus falls into water and changes its taste

If Ghusl does not meet these conditions, it is broken: 1- intention to remove impurity, 2- purity of water, 3- the water should reach the entire body, 4- continuity between the parts of Ghusl and not allowing any lengthy interruption between them.

1. It is not permissible for you to not pray Jumu`ah, if there is someone who can take care of your father while you go to the mosque. If there is no one, then you are excused for not going to the mosque and you can pray Dhuhr with him instead. 2. You should pray in congregation in the mosque, so long as someone else can be with your sick father while you go to the mosque. 3. There is nothing wrong with wearing gloves when removing impurity from a sick father because touching the `Awrah is prohibited. 4. It is not permissible to look at your father’s `Awrah except in the case of necessity. 5. If your father is aware of the prayer, then it is obligatory for him and it is not permissible for him to not pray. 6. It is not permissible for you to not pray Jumu`ah, if there is someone who can take care of your sick father while you go to the mosque. If there is no one, then you are excused for not going to the mosque and you can pray Dhuhr with him instead. 7. It is permissible for the sick person to put together Dhuhr and `Asr, and Maghrib and `Isha’, at the time of the earlier or later prayer so as to ward off hardship.

If two people form a partnership, one of them contributing capital and the other contributing labour, then the financial loss is to be borne by the one who put money into it, and the worker loses his labour, unless there was some negligence on the worker’s part, in which case he also incurs financial loss. However, if both of them contribute capital to the project, then losses are to be borne commensurate with the share that each of them put into it.

The most correct view is that blood that comes out from anywhere other than the front and back passage does not break the Wudu. If the blood or pus that gets on your garment is a small amount, there is nothing wrong with praying in that garment.

Acting as a proxy in return for a fee is valid if the distributor agrees to that and regards you as his agent, in return for commission that he pays to you. 4. It is not permissible for the customer to pay installments through the payment processor and it comes under the heading of Riba.

If the shoes cover the foot with the ankles, then it is permissible to wipe over them. But if the shoes do not cover the area that must be washed, then it is not permissible to wipe over the shoes.

The pillars of wudu are: washing the face, washing the arms up to the elbows, wiping the head, washing the feet up to the ankles, washing these parts in order, doing these actions consecutively.

If a woman has any impediment that prevents her from praying Eclipse Prayer, then she can still do other things such as calling upon Allah, giving charity, seeking Allah’s forgiveness, remembering Him, and other deeds by means of which she may draw close to Allah.
