With regard to the right arm which is broken and in a cast, it is sufficient, when doing Wudu and Ghusl, to wipe over it lightly so that the plaster will not be affected, and it can be wiped once only and does not have to be done repeatedly.

• The Sunnah is to put the deceased into the grave from the end, then he should be turned onto his right side in the grave, with his face directed towards the Qiblah. • The one who puts him into the Lahd (niche in the grave) should say, “Bismillahi wa ‘ala sunnat Rasul-Allahi or ‘ala millat Rasul-Allahi. • It is recommended for those who are at the grave to throw handfuls of earth, three handfuls scooped up in both hands, after the Lahd has been sealed.

A false oath may be expiated by sincere repentance. There is no sin for which repentance cannot be accepted, for Allah has opened the door of repentance to every sinner.

1. The scholars set a rule that says that in principle everything is permissible, and they based this rule on Shar`i evidence. 2. With regard to food, drink, clothing and soap (and cleaning materials), this rule is to be followed with regard to everything concerning which there is no Shar`i text. 3. With regard to meat that is available in a Muslim or Christian country, it is deemed to be permissible, unless it is proven that it was slaughtered by a method that is contrary to Islamic rulings. 4. With regard to products for which there is no Shar`i evidence that they are prohibited, or the list of ingredients does not include any components that are prohibited or are harmful, then we rule that it is permissible and pure. 5. The basic principle concerning clothing is that it is permissible except what is excluded by Islamic rulings, such as silk which is prohibited for men, and some animal skins that cannot be purified by means of tanning.

Wealth in Islam may be a blessing if it is used for purposes that are pleasing to Allah, and to help one obey Allah. It may be a calamity if it is used for evil purposes, or if it makes one proud and arrogant, or it distracts him from obeying and remembering Allah.

If a person wears Khuff over socks, then he takes off the upper or outer layer of the two, if he wipes over it, then his taking it off does not invalidate his wiping, and he may wipe over the lower or inner layer until the end of the period for wiping over the Khuff or socks.

Lawful work should be in a permissible field and should not involve helping others to commit unlawful acts such as working in buying and selling, and rental of permissible things such as selling food, medicine, tools and equipment, and the like. It also includes working in teaching, medicine, engineering, electricity, carpentry, and manufacturing, and innumerable other permissible types of work. 2. Prohibited work includes working in Riba-based banks or commercial insurance companies, or carrying alcohol, or raising pigs, or writing down contracts of Riba, or equipping places for gambling, or selling things that it is thought most likely will be used for unlawful purposes, such as selling weapons to bandits, and other things that are regarded as prohibited and sinful, or helping in it directly or almost directly.

If your toe will not be harmed by water, you must wash it. If it will be harmed by washing but will not be harmed by wiping, you must wipe it. If it will be harmed by washing and wiping, and has been covered with a dressing, it is sufficient for you to wipe over the dressing.

1- The scholars unanimously agreed that burial in the Lahd and burial in the Shaqq are both permissible. However, if the ground is stable and the soil will not collapse then the Lahd is preferable, otherwise the Shaqq is preferable. 2- The soil should not be filled in directly on the face or body of the deceased, whether the grave is a Lahd or a Shaqq

The conditions of a permissible Murabahah include: 1- The customer tells the company about the products they want to acquire. 2- The company buys these products for itself. 3- The company takes possession of the products and moves them from the dealer’s place. 4- The company sells the products to the customer after taking possession of them. 5- Once the company has sold the products to you, it is permissible for you to use them to build the house or to sell them.
