It is not permissible for a woman to travel to seek knowledge without a Mahram. She should acquire the knowledge that she needs in the many ways that are available such as listening to tapes, asking scholars over the phone and other means that Allah has made available in these times.

There is nothing wrong with studying futures contracts and other financial contracts and dealings even if they are prohibited, subject to two conditions: 1. that the student should have enough Islamic knowledge to be able to distinguish between contracts that are permissible and those which are prohibited, 2- he should believe that what Allah has prohibited of such contracts is prohibited.

If not dealing with companies and apps that support homosexuals will achieve the purpose of deterring these companies from supporting evil, or it will make known the evil that the company is committing, which is their support of homosexuals, and denouncing them for that and making their actions known to people, then we must refrain from buying from these companies and refuse to deal with them.

Muslims believe that Jesus did not die on the cross and therefore there is no sacrifice, no salvation, and no trinity. Muslims do not believe in the original sin; rather they believe that no one can bear the sin of anyone else, or redeem him with his own self. Allah promises those who repent that their repentance will be accepted. The Messiah affirmed the importance of righteous deeds. He did not tell them of redemption by which they would be saved from the reckoning.

Here is how to treat non-Muslims: 1. Islam urges Muslims to show kindness to parents even if they are non-Muslims. 2. Islam advises Muslims to treat neighbors kindly even if they are not Muslim. 3. Islam encourages Muslims to ensure justice and show kindness to non-Muslims who are not fighting Muslims. 4. Islam prohibits killing non-Muslims living under Muslim rule. 5. Islam prohibits wronging a mu‘ahid, detracting from his rights, or burdening him with more work. 6. Islam prohibits committing transgression and commands justice.

Muslims believe that: Jesus was one of the slaves of Allah, and one of His noble Messengers, Allah sent Jesus to the Children of Israel to call them to believe in Allah Alone and worship Him Alone, Allah supported Jesus with miracles that proved he was speaking the truth, Jesus was born to the Virgin Maryam with no father, Jesus permitted to the Jews some of the things that had been forbidden to them, Jesus did not die and his enemies the Jews did not kill him, rather Allah saved him from them and raised him up to heaven alive, Jesus told his followers of the coming of our Prophet Muhammad, Jesus will come back down at the end of time, Jesus will disavow himself on the Day of Resurrection of the claims that he was a god.

How to be courageous in Islam • Be strong in faith and remain steadfast therein. • Study the biographies of the brave and courageous among the heroes of Islam. • Have the courage to speak the truth and tell others about it. • Have the courage to denounce evil and forbid it. • Maintain self-control. • Respect Islamic commandments. • Respect the limits set by Allah. • Show courage in situations in which courage is required. • Support the one who has been wronged, and strive to put a stop to the mistreatment to which he is being subjected.

Etiquettes of Entering the Mosque: 1. Women should not go out wearing perfume, adornment or make-up. 2. It is Sunnah when you leave your house and head towards the mosque to recite the Du`a for walking to the mosque. 3. You should enter the mosque with your right foot first and say the words that were narrated from the Prophet. 4. When you enter the mosque, you should not sit down until you have prayed two Rak`ahs to “greet the mosque”. 5. You should not raise your voice in the mosque even in reciting the Quran because that may disturb the worshippers. 6. You should exit the mosque with the left foot first, and say the Du`a narrated from the Prophet.

There is a certain amount of etiquette for seeking knowledge which the seeker of knowledge should follow such as patience, purity of intention in action, acting upon what you know, always being aware that Allah is watching, making the best use of time, being cautious, precision and focus, studying books, choosing a good companion, and having good manners towards the shaykh.

How knowledge seekers organise their time: • Have fixed times for regular things every day. • Put a stop to time wasters. • Procrastination is a severe disease that deprives one of many good things in this world and in the Hereafter. • Keep yourself busy at all times with that which is best for you and most beneficial for you in the Hereafter. • Invest your time as much as you can and do not waste a single moment in anything that is not an act of obedience or worship.
