There is nothing wrong with a woman taking off her Hijab in front of her mother’s maternal or paternal uncles; she may shake hands with them and be alone with them, because they are Mahrams to her.

A maternal uncle is a Mahram for all the daughters and granddaughters of his sisters.

How to consummate marriage: 1: you should treat your bride kindly and gently; 2- you should place your hand on your bride’s head and pray for her; 3- you should pray two rak’ahs with her; and 4- you should say the du’a reported by Ibn 'Abbas.

• If a man divorces his wife and this is the first or second pronouncement of divorce and she has not ended her `Iddah, then he can take his wife back by saying ‘I am taking you back’ or ‘I am keeping you.’ • If the `Iddah has ended following a first or second pronouncement of divorce, then there has to be a new marriage contract. • If the divorce is irrevocable (i.e., third divorce) , then she becomes prohibited for him until another man has married her.
