Both parties should agree on the sale of an item that meets specific specifications, considering it a non-binding promise. The transaction may be finalised when the product arrives at the purchaser’s location, at the discretion of the purchaser, based on their satisfaction with the item.

Murabahah transaction for one who issued instructions to buy is permissible on condition that the one who is instructed to make the purchase buys the item for himself and takes possession of it in a real sense before he sells it to the one who gave those instructions.

Murabahah transactions in which an item is sold to the one who asked for it to be purchased, if a person buys a product after it has come into the possession of the one who was instructed to buy it, and after it was acquired in the manner stipulated in Shari`ah, are permissible transactions, so long as the one who was instructed to buy it is liable for any damage before selling it and handing it over to the one who instructed him to buy it, and provided that the product may be returned if there is a hidden fault and the like, which dictates that it should be returned after being handed over, and provided that the conditions of sale are met and impediments to sale are absent.

There is nothing wrong with you selling back to the seller the dates that he owes you in return for Dinars, on condition that it is at the current market price. There is also nothing wrong with delaying payment in full or in part, because when selling the dates for Dinars, there is no stipulation that the exchange should take place on the spot, before parting.

The conditions of a permissible Murabahah include: 1- The customer tells the company about the products they want to acquire. 2- The company buys these products for itself. 3- The company takes possession of the products and moves them from the dealer’s place. 4- The company sells the products to the customer after taking possession of them. 5- Once the company has sold the products to you, it is permissible for you to use them to build the house or to sell them.

1. It is not permissible to sell an item online on the internet before taking possession of it and moving it from the distributor’s place. 2. It is permissible for the purchaser to pay the price via the payment processor in return for 2% of each transaction. 3. Acting as a proxy in return for a fee is valid if the distributor agrees to that and regards you as his agent, in return for commission that he pays to you. 4. It is not permissible for the customer to pay installments through the payment processor and it comes under the heading of Riba.

Deceiving the customer and telling him that the price of the item is fifty, and that the price has been reduced to thirty for a special occasion, such as `Eid for example, even though there has been no reduction at all, is clearly lying.

1- It is not permissible to buy stolen goods even if they were stolen from non-Muslims. The one who buys something knowing that it is stolen is sinning, and part of his repentance is returning it to its owner and returning its price to the one to whom he sold it. 2- If the wealth that you take from your father is the actual stolen property that he bought, then it is not permissible for your father or for you.

1- It is not permissible for anyone to sell a specific item that is not in his possession, and is not even in the possession of someone else. 2- With regard to the money that was paid to you by this woman, you have to return it to her, because it is her rightful property.

If not dealing with companies and apps that support homosexuals will achieve the purpose of deterring these companies from supporting evil, or it will make known the evil that the company is committing, which is their support of homosexuals, and denouncing them for that and making their actions known to people, then we must refrain from buying from these companies and refuse to deal with them.
