Sujud Ash-Shukr is done in response to a calamity that is averted or a blessing which comes to a person. There is no specific du`a narrated in the hadiths for Sujud Ash-Shukr.

The more correct opinion is that Sujud al-Tilawah is an act of worship, but it is not like prayer. So, it is not essential to be in a state of wudu or to face the qiblah when you offer sujud al-tilawah.

The meaning of Khushu` is to perform prayer in a tranquil and unhurried manner, when prostrating and bowing, between the two prostrations, and after bowing when standing up again. It is to have complete focus of mind and humility.

If the worshippers are spaced out in the row because of precautionary measures required due to the pandemic, then there is no longer any reason to prevent praying between the pillars, and it is not disliked (makruh) to stand in a row between them in this case.
