Loving Allah alone is insufficient to earn Allah's reward and for salvation. Loving what Allah loves is a means to enter Islam and leave disbelief, and those most devoted to this love are most beloved to Allah. Love for the sake of Allah is essential and interconnected with loving what Allah loves. Loving that which Allah loves cannot be complete until one also loves for the sake of Allah.

The conditions of sincere repentance are: 1- Giving up the sin; 2- Regretting what has happened in the past; 3- Resolving not to go back to it; 4- Seeking forgiveness from the one who was wronged, or giving him his rights.

How to achieve sincerity in your deeds 1. Don’t do a deed so that other people can see you or hear about you. 2. Don’t focus too much on people’s praise or criticism. 3. Conceal your good deeds. 4. Be keen to avoid situations where you could become prominent and famous. 5. Don’t increase your good deeds and make them look good when people are around you. 6. Always think of yourself as falling short. 7. You should supplicate a great deal for forgiveness after doing the deed. 8. Rejoice when Allah enables you to do righteous deeds.

The wording mentioned in the question was not soundly narrated from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), and there is no sound report from him to suggest that it is not allowed to offer supplication for what is good in this world, so it is not correct to say that praying for what is good in this world will bring worries and stress. Rather what has been narrated is a warning against being distracted by worldly concerns from the hereafter, or seeking worldly gains in ways that are not permissible.

1- It is recommended to make this du’a when it rains: : “Allahumma sayyiban nafi‘an.” 2- There is no proven dhikr or du’a from the Prophet for seeing lightning. 3- The time when rain comes down is a time of divine bounty and mercy from Allah and it is a time when it is thought that du‘as will be answered.

1- You can say this Du`a to pay off our debts: “Allahumma ikfini bi halalika `an haramika wa aghnini bi fadlika `amman siwaka.” 2- One of the most beneficial means of attaining provision is praying a great deal for forgiveness.

1. Faith increases by doing acts of worship and righteous deeds, and it decreases by committing sins. So whoever wants to increase his faith, let him focus on obeying Allah and let him avoid disobeying Him. What will help him to do that is spending time with righteous people and keeping away from innovators and sinners. 2. The remedy for intrusive thoughts (Waswas) is to ignore them and turn away from them; to recite a great deal of Quran; to do great deal of righteous deeds; and to call upon Allah, may He be Glorified, and beseech Him to ward off the schemes of the Shaytan from you and to make you steadfast in adhering to the truth.

You can recite these Du`as to remove anxiety and stress: 1- Allahumma inni `abduka wa ibn `abdika wa ibn amatika, nasiyati bi yadika, madin fiyya hukmuka, `adlun fiyya qada’uka, as’aluka bi kulli ismin huwa laka sammayta bihi nafsaka aw anzaltahu fi kitabika aw `allamtahu ahadan min khalqika aw ista’tharta bihi fi `ilm il-ghaybi `andak an taj`ala Al-Qur’ana rabi` qalbi wa nur sadri wa jala’a huzni wa dhahaba hammi. 2- Allahumma rahmataka arju fa la takilni ila nafsi tarfat `ayn wa aslih li sha’ni kullahu la ilaha illa anta. 3- La ilaha ill-Allah Al-`Athim ul-Halim, La ilaha ill-Allah Rabb il-`arsh il-`athim, La ilaha ill-Allah Rabb is-samawati wa Rabb il-ard wa Rabb il-`arsh il-karim.

1- It is permissible for the supplicant to ask of his Lord by virtue of the Quran, because that comes under the heading of seeking to draw close to Allah by virtue of one of His attributes. 2- The most correct scholarly view is that it is prohibited to seek to draw close to Allah and ask of Him (Tawassul) by virtue of the Prophet. 3- Seeking to draw close to Allah by virtue of created beings comes under the heading of reprehensible innovation, and is objectionable according to what is commonly known among people and on the basis of the wording itself. 4- Seeking to draw close to Allah by virtue of the trumpet blast, and the progeny of Nuh, and the caliphate of As-Siddiq, and the courage of ‘Ali, and so on – is something that came about as a result of the supplicant’s attempt to be poetic and make things rhyme [in Arabic], without thinking about the meaning.
